Accommodation and Travel: If the art fair is located in a different city or country, exhibitors will need to budget for accommodation, travel expenses, and meals for themselves and their staff.

Insurance: Exhibitors may need to purchase insurance to protect their artworks during transit and while on display at the fair.

Marketing and Promotion: Exhibitors may incur costs for marketing and promoting their participation in the art fair, including advertising, printing materials such as catalogs and brochures, and attending related events and receptions.
